Hi! I’m Ericat - meow! - I’m a Holistic Nutritionist who empowers people like you to reduce harm to their mental & physical health with nutrition & lifestyle - something I call Holistic Harm Reduction.
I believe that the highest goal in life is to pursue pleasure - to eat foods that spark joy & to indulge in experiences that make us feel alive - all while maximizing physical vitality & cognitive clarity.
As a life-long raver, festival-goer & Burner, I believe in all the benefits this lifestyle has to offer. By combining my background in Psychology (BA) with my Master’s in Nutrition Science, I’ve studied how natural food & lifestyle can protect brain chemicals, support organ health & contribute to overall vitality.
